2 Days | Daily: 11am - 4pm

Throughout these 2 days, yoga, flowers, lunch and tea breaks are inclusive.

You get to enjoy our vast garden and be in one with nature. Each day we will start off with a cup of warm calming tea and a session of yoga in nature with our professional yoga guru for one hour. Then we will continue with immersive flower works.

I will lead you to explore and rethink the relationship between nature and flower art as we retreat into the healing benefits of the botanicals in our daily lives. In this Flower Escapades class, you will learn how inspiring & healing flowers & herbs are for our minds and bodies. We will create a lovely hand-tied herbal bouquet that smells as wonderful as it looks on your flower arrangements. We will break for home cooked lunch with fresh produce that cleanses and nourishes us in mind and body. Flower creation continues where we left off .. after which we will craft a herbal loose leaf tea blend, that you can take home and enjoy for weeks.

During the class we will also share with you how to choose beneficially beautiful plants you can easily grow in your home garden, be it a window patch or in your big garden.

Day 2: 11am - 4pm

On this day, we will learn to make a refreshing, seasonal floral/herby mocktails and then create summery flower crown while you sip on your signature drinks, followed by plants and flower potscape.

Ahh, a very relaxing and idyllic time spent.
