Please read through our policies before placing an online order, and we hope these information would have address some of the Frequently Asked Questions that you might have.

A. Making an Online Order

1. Poppy uses the best seasonal flowers available to execute all the customers' order. Our look book serves as a style guide for customer to choose a preferred look from our varied best works.

2. Table arrangement starts from a min. of USD105 and above, depending on the looks you have chosen.

B. Customisation/ Bespoke Orders

1. You may contact us directly for any customised order; Tell us your preferred colour palette, theme, flower types (subjected to seasonal availability), and the occasion. The committed Poppy Team will create a captivating bouquet/arrangement tailored to your request.

2.  Highly-customised bouquet starts from USD218 and above, prices are subjected to changes depending on your request(s).

C. Payment

1. We accept Cash, Nets, Visa, and MasterCard.

2. We trade in USD$, and are not responsible for the changes in the prevailing currency exchange rate.

D. Delivery Policies

1. Daily deliveries are between 11am to 6pm.

2. For Express Delivery Service or to schedule a specific delivery time, please let us know in advance.

3. Delivery Service excludes Tuas / Jurong Islands / Sentosa / Changi Airport / Loyang / and Army Camps.

4. Same-Day deliveries can only be done if orders are placed before 2pm. Otherwise, your order would be delivered on the next working day.
