This class is open to anyone who loves flowers, from aspiring to experienced florists; learners of all skill levels in floristry.

In this 2hrs class, Sarah will be imparting you on how to recreate her signature and amazing “dancing” floral table centrepiece. You will also learn how Sarah designs - from selecting seasonal flowers to creating naturalistic centrepieces using sustainable 'foam-free' techniques.

What you will learn:

- How to make a beautiful natural Table Centrepiece

- How to arrange flowers using a foam free approach

- How to balance stems of flowers & leaves using foam free medium

- How to work with colours to create

- Learn how to control keep your arrangement in the correct temperature and make the vase life last
